This is one of the best spots in Playa del Carmen,It located on 10th ave between 3rd and 5th street, one block off the ocean and two blocks from where the ferry goes to cozumel. It has a pool and a common area.BBQ, Dishwasher and washer Dryer and cable TV. You will have access to free underground parking with 24 hour security. The condo is about 1000 square feet(100m) with a king size bed in each room and two fold down couches for extra people in the living room.It Has two full bathrooms with showers in each.The kitchen and dining room area is open to the sitting area.The sitting area looks onto the patio, and the patio over looks the pool. The shopping is exellent and close too, about a block away. A bakery and a Great place to eat Breakfast has internet and is located in the complex beneath the condos. There are many great places to eat and drink that run for about 20 blocks, so the only problem you might run into is, you wont be able to try them all.Grocery shopping; walmart 8 blocks away, Omega 9 blocks, Sams club 20 min walk, Sorianos and city club at the Plaza Maya, about 25 min walk or $5 taxi HA HA. By the way any where you take a cab in town is $5 and lots of them.Lots of places to walk with paths through the Mayan ruins and a near by golf corse in Playa Car.Why not stay for free just rent out 3 weeks for me and you will get 1 week free.If you rent 4 weeks yourself you will only pay for 3 weeks.Feel Free to Call me at 306 441 1532 if you need more than one unit I can try to line up one at the same complex. |

This is a very popular spot located in the gated community of Playa Car across the street from the Reef Club.It is one block off the ocean. Actualy if you stay at Paseo Del Sol you can use the beach at the Reef Cub.There are many beaches to see with in walking distance.The Pool at paseo Del Sol is something to see as well as the golf corse directly behind it.If you like to golf this is ideal because you will receive a discount on golfing while you stay at Paseo Del Sol. The condo is about 1400 square feet (140m)and has two bed rooms and each has it's own Bathroom with in it. There is a half bath for company near the entrance and a washer and Dryer also in the unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other room has two twin beds.It has a large kitchen wih a dining room table. The living room is open looking on to the varanda.
